Prior to partnering to form Success Asset Management, Kenneth worked for Yardi Systems and has over 18 years of experience in both management and technology based roles within the property management industry. While attending Hampton University, Kenneth also became a Real Estate Consultant and licensed Real Estate agent. Using the skills acquired during his previous tenures, Kenneth has successfully implemented several financial strategies & CapEx projects.
